Email [email protected] for anything at all — a bug in any of our applications, a question, a feature request, a press enquiry, or a privacy request. We aim to reply within two business days.

It helps if you can include:

• Which app you are using, and its version.
• Your device and operating system version.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot, if there is something to see.

Our applications

Nomada Studio designs and develops consumer mobile applications. Our first, Kaya, is in development and has not been released, so there is nothing to install yet. Email us and we will let you know when it is ready.

Once an application is released, its own help, privacy policy and terms are provided with it, and support for it comes back to this same address.

Security and privacy reports

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in one of our products, please email [email protected] with the details rather than disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge your report and keep you updated while we fix it.
